At Find Community Connection Project (FCCP), we believe it takes a strong team to create community impact. Our work is guided by a diverse Board of Directors and supported by dedicated volunteers and coordinators who bring their skills and passion to our mission in Brooklyn, NY and Kearny, NJ.
Camille McIntosh
Founder and Chief Executive
Camille is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in public administration and a deep passion for community service. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Baruch College.
Her mission is to inspire and support her community, always leading with her heart and delivering her best. Camille’s values have influenced and uplifted many of her peers and mentees, leaving a lasting impact.
Dulce Grizzle
Vice President
Dulce is a dedicated advocate for public administration with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Medgar Evers College.
Her vision is to make a substantial impact by enhancing healthcare accessibility and providing support for vulnerable populations on a global scale.
Dallany Mitchell
Treasurer
Dallany is a driven college student pursuing a nursing degree and currently works as an administrative assistant at a local hospital. She excels in managing patient information and delivering exceptional service.
Her dedication to education and passion for nursing reflect her commitment to improving healthcare and giving back to her community.
Makayla Perreira
Youth Liaison
Makayla is a devoted board member who dedicates her time and energy to helping children and creating supportive environments for her peers.
As a passionate youth and teen advocate, she believes every young person should have a voice in shaping their future. Her advocacy and leadership make her an invaluable part of FCCP.
Ava McIntosh
Jr. Youth Liason
Ava is an energetic and passionate young leader who proudly serves as FCCP’s Jr. Youth Liaison. In this role, she helps amplify the voices of children and teens while contributing to the organization’s mission of empowerment.
She is committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where youth feel encouraged to express themselves and grow as leaders.
