Find Community Connection Project
Our Organization
The Find Community Connection Project (FCCP) was founded in August 2022 with a mission to bridge the gap between underserved youth and career development opportunities. By September 2022, FCCP had officially become a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, establishing itself as a community-driven initiative dedicated to fostering economic mobility and empowerment. Since its inception, FCCP has provided mentorship, career coaching, and resources to thousands of young individuals seeking guidance on their professional journeys.
In June 2023, FCCP secured its first office space and successfully launched its Summer Internship Program, offering hands-on professional experience to youth participants. By Summer 2023, FCCP hosted one of its largest attended events, expanding its outreach and community impact. Through its dedication and commitment, FCCP continues to grow, forming key partnerships and establishing itself as a beacon of support for young professionals.
FCCP proudly serves both Brooklyn, New York, and New Jersey, having conducted numerous initiatives and community-driven programs in both locations. Our presence in New Jersey has allowed us to expand our outreach, engage with new partners, and further our mission to empower youth in underserved communities across state lines.
