About the Role
The Operations Manager Intern/Volunteer will support FCCP’s daily operations by overseeing administrative systems, tracking intern workflows, and supporting organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and review intern work plans and schedules
Lead individual and group check-ins with interns
Track tasks, deadlines, and team progress
Maintain organizational spreadsheets and files
Track training completion and compliance
Assist with administrative coordination and reporting
Support financial operations

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
Will be a graduate student or professional interested in nonprofit management
Will possess strong organizational and leadership skills
Will comfortably coordinate multiple tasks and teams
Will be available for in-person work 10–30 hours per week
