About the Role
The Administration Intern/Volunteer will provide essential clerical and office support, gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit administration and operations.
Responsibilities:
Scan, print, organize, and file documents
Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and trackers
Assist with document preparation and meeting notes
Support email and inbox management
Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
Support event administration and check-in preparation
Track training completion and administrative records
