Profile
About
I have over 10 years of experience in developing, implementing and evaluating behavioral science interventions and trainings aimed at improving wellbeing. This includes leading large teams, multi-site international RCTs, and direct collaborating with governments. I use research from behavioral economics, psychology and sociology to develop, implement and evaluate solutions to pressing policy issues. I lead work in wellbeing, mental health, international development and education.
I have worked as the Director of the International Positive Education Network to raise awareness about mental wellbeing in schools around the world. As part of this role I led large scale events with up to 2,000 people from around the world bringing in international speakers from psychology to behavioral sciences. Prior to this role, I developed curriculum for educators, teens and parents on the topics of mental health in India, Nepal, London, USA and the Philippines. I believe that all work should be rigorously evaluated and published academic articles on the topics of student and teacher wellbeing.
