Secretary

Records and maintains minutes of all board meetings.

Maintains official documents (bylaws, filings, policies).

Issues meeting notices and agendas.

Ensures compliance with NY/NJ nonprofit reporting.
Treasurer

Oversees finances, budgets, and financial reporting.
-
Works with accountants and board on IRS/state compliance.
-
Tracks income/expenses and provides monthly reports.
-
Chairs the Finance Committee (if applicable).
Vice President of Programs
-
Oversees planning, execution, and evaluation of FCCP programs.
-
Works with staff, interns, and volunteers to deliver services.
-
Ensures alignment with FCCP mission.
-
Reports program outcomes to the board.
Vice president of development
(Fundraising and Sponsorships)

Leads fundraising campaigns and donor relations.
-
Secures grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
-
Works with Treasurer to ensure funds align with budgets.
-
Develops donor recognition and stewardship plans.
Vice president of Marketing and Communications

Manages FCCP branding and public messaging.
-
Oversees newsletters, social media, and press outreach.
-
Supports community outreach strategies.
-
Ensures consistency in tone and visuals.
Board of Directors (General Member)

Attends board meetings and votes on major decisions.

Provides strategic oversight and governance.
-
Supports fundraising and advocacy.
-
Serves as an ambassador of FCCP in the community.
Advisory Board

Provides expertise, visibility, and networks.
-
Advises on strategy and partnerships.
-
Non-voting role but influential in advancing FCCP’s mission.
